Use our apps lawfully and keep your account secure. You own your content. AI output may be wrong. Payments run through Paystack. Training has its own terms in Part B.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of our websites and the apps published by DevX App Campus LTD (RC 7474310), Lagos, Nigeria. By using them you agree to these terms. Part B covers the training program. If you do not agree, do not use the website or apps.
2. Using the website and apps
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not misuse our services: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to them, and no unlawful content.
- We may suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to our processors described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.
4. AI features
AI features can produce incorrect or incomplete output. Check anything important before relying on it. Do not use AI features for decisions that need professional advice.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices are shown before you pay. Paystack’s terms apply to the payment itself.
6. Intellectual property
The websites, apps, code, brand and materials we provide belong to DevX App Campus LTD or its licensors. You may use them for their intended purpose but may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them except as the law allows.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep services running but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features. Apps depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Apple and Firebase.
8. Liability
Services are provided as available. To the extent Nigerian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Part B: Training terms
These training terms apply to the Flutter Software Engineering and Applied AI Program and any other DevX training.
Enrolment and eligibility
- The program is open to students aged 13 and above. Under-18 students need a parent or guardian’s consent.
- No prior coding is needed. Classes are capped at 15 students.
- Registration and payment must be completed one week before Session 1 starts.
Fees
- The fee is ₦700,000, paid as ₦300,000 enrolment before the first class, ₦200,000 on 13 Nov 2026 and ₦200,000 on 27 Nov 2026.
- A 5-day grace period applies to late installments.
- Refunds, deferral and cancellation follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Schedule and attendance
- Classes are on Fridays 5:00 to 8:00 PM online and Saturdays 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in person at The Embassy, Makurdi.
- Students bring a laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD, or tell us beforehand so we can make provision.
Conduct and certificate
- Students are expected to treat others with respect and follow reasonable instructions from instructors.
- Students who complete the program receive the DevX Certificate of Completion.
- Students keep ownership of their own work. DevX may show completed project work in a way that credits the students involved.
Developers community
Past and present students may join the open developers community, which offers continuous project support. Membership can be ended for conduct that harms others.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Otherwise the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
