We collect only what we need to run our apps and training. Payments go through Paystack and we never see your card number. Some apps send your input to Claude for AI features. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. Our website sets no cookies.
1. Who we are
The data controller is DevX App Campus LTD (RC 7474310), Lagos, Nigeria. We build mobile and web apps, run a tech training program and provide related ICT services. You can reach us at support@devxappcampus.com or +234 806 263 4750.
This policy applies to our website, to the apps we publish (currently Organizer.Ai, Believers’ Network and Quiver) and to our training program. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 (NDPR).
2. What we collect
On this website
The site has no accounts and sets no cookies. It stores one preference (light or dark theme) in your browser. If you use a contact or report form, your browser opens your email app with the message you typed; we receive it only if you send it.
In our apps
- Account details you give us, such as your name and email address, where an app has accounts.
- Content you create or submit in the app, for example documents in Organizer.Ai or messages you send to an in-app chatbot.
- Technical and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system version and crash information, where an app collects it.
- Payment references from Paystack where you make a payment. We do not receive or store your card number.
The exact data an app collects depends on its features. Each app’s store listing summarises its data practices, and you can ask us for details at any time.
Training and support
- Enquiry and enrolment details: name, contact details, date of birth or age confirmation, and parent or guardian details for applicants under 18.
- Payment records for fees.
- Messages and reports you send to support.
3. Why we use data and our lawful bases

We use your data only for these purposes and do not use it in ways that are incompatible with them.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our apps and training, and where the law requires. The providers we use are:
- Google Firebase. Backend services such as authentication, database and storage for our apps. Provided by Google.
- Paystack. Payment processing. Paystack handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Anthropic (Claude). In apps that offer AI features, such as Organizer.Ai, the content you submit to the feature is sent to Claude to generate a response.
- Platform providers. Google Play and the Apple App Store process downloads and purchases under their own terms.
These providers act on our instructions as processors, except where they act as independent controllers under their own policies. We require them to protect personal data.
5. Payments
Payments are handled by Paystack. You enter card or bank details on Paystack’s secure checkout. We do not see or store card numbers. We keep a record of the payment reference, amount, date and status so we can confirm your payment and meet accounting duties.
6. AI features
Some apps offer AI features. When you use one, the text or documents you submit to it are sent to Anthropic’s Claude so it can respond. Avoid submitting information you do not want processed this way. AI output can be wrong, so check anything important before relying on it.
7. Analytics, cookies and local storage
Our website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It stores a theme preference in your browser’s local storage. See the Cookie and Local Storage Policy. Apps may use identifiers or local storage on your device to keep you signed in and to run services such as Firebase.
8. International transfers
Our providers, including Google, Paystack and Anthropic, may process data outside Nigeria. Where personal data leaves Nigeria we rely on the safeguards the NDPA allows, such as adequacy, contractual protections and your consent where required, so that your data stays protected.
9. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and as required by law. Account data is kept while your account is active and removed after a deletion request, except for records we must keep, such as financial records. Training and payment records are kept as long as needed for administration, certification and accounting. See Account and Data Deletion.
10. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and the security features of our providers to protect personal data. No system is completely secure. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission and affected people as the NDPA requires.
11. Your rights
Under the NDPA you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Ask us to restrict how we use it.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise a right, email support@devxappcampus.com from the address linked to your account and say which right you want to use. We may ask you to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days.
12. Children and minors
Our training program accepts students aged 13 and above. For anyone under 18 we ask for the consent of a parent or guardian before we enrol them, and we collect only the data needed to run the program. A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete a child’s data by emailing support@devxappcampus.com. If you believe a child has given us data without consent, tell us and we will act on it.
13. App store disclosures
Our apps are listed on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Their data safety and privacy label summaries are based on this policy. If a store label and this policy differ, contact us and we will correct it. Account deletion is described at /account-deletion/.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first at support@devxappcampus.com. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), the regulator under the NDPA.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or on this site before they take effect.
