80% refund before the first class. No refund after it starts, but you can defer once to the next cohort. Late installments get a 5-day grace period.
1. Scope
This policy covers fees paid for DevX training, including the Flutter Software Engineering and Applied AI Program. App and website terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
2. Before the first class
You can cancel and receive an 80% refund of the amount you have paid, if you ask before the first class.
3. After the program starts
No refund is given once the first class has started. You may instead defer once to the next cohort.
4. Deferral
One deferral is allowed per student. Ask us by email or WhatsApp and we will confirm in writing which cohort you move to and how your payments carry over.
5. Late installments
A 5-day grace period applies to late installments. The schedule is ₦300,000 before the first class, ₦200,000 on 13 Nov 2026 and ₦200,000 on 27 Nov 2026.
6. How to ask
Email support@devxappcampus.com from the address you enrolled with. Give your full name, the session and the payment reference. We confirm the outcome in writing and pay approved refunds back through the payment channel used where possible.
7. Your rights
Nothing here limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer law.
