Account and Data Deletion

1. How to request deletion

1. Email us at support@devxappcampus.com from the email address on your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and name the app.
2. Include the app name, your account email and, if you like, whether you want the whole account or only some data deleted.
3. We verify that the request comes from the account holder. We may ask a question to confirm.
4. We delete the data described below and confirm by email. We aim to finish within 30 days.

• Your account and profile details.
• Content you created or stored in the app and linked to your account.
• Data we hold about you in our backend (Firebase), unless listed below as retained.

4. What we may keep

• Records we are legally required to keep, such as financial and payment records, for the period the law requires.
• Limited records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our terms.
• Copies in backups, which are removed on the normal backup cycle.

Paystack keeps its own payment records under its own policy. Anthropic and Google handle data they have received under their own terms and our agreements with them.

5. Delete some data only

You can ask us to delete specific data without closing your account. Say what you want deleted in your email.

6. Training students

Training students can ask for deletion of their enrolment data in the same way. We keep certificate and payment records as needed for certification and accounting. Parents or guardians can request deletion for students under 18.

7. Your other rights

You can also ask to access, correct, restrict or port your data. See the Privacy Policy. If we cannot resolve your request you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
